Who are we? 
         
Since 1987, the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium organizes programs to meet the full-time and internship recruiting needs for employers.

Consisting of 14 of the nation’s most selective and competitive liberal arts colleges, all of our members appeared on the U.S. News and World Report list of the “Top 45 Best National Liberal Arts Colleges” with nine ranked in the top 20.

Sites are easily accessible and will save you recruiting travel dollars.  The low fees for participating in our consortium events can be packaged to maximize your recruiting budget or targeted to your specific recruiting needs.

Your organization has the opportunity to select talented, well-rounded candidates for interviews – all in one day and one central location.

We will advertise for you!   Each college promotes the events on their campuses.  Students then apply on an easily accessible site.
