Coast to Coast Virtual Fair
March 23 - April 6, 2009
Register Today!

Recruit students from 14 of the nation’s top liberal arts colleges without leaving your office.

In this economy, we know that you need to recruit efficiently and economically.  This fair gives your organization the opportunity to tap into a talent pool of creative and critical thinkers with strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills.

Your participation provides you with the ability to post your job openings (as many as you would like), review submitted resumes, peruse the Resume Book, and arrange interviews over the internet with talented liberal arts students from highly-regarded colleges.

How Does it Work?

Students will review job descriptions and submit resumes on-line during the Virtual Career Fair.  Employers can access their applications on the website at any time during the fair. You will also receive an email bundle of all of your applications on April 7.  You can make your candidate selections on-line and then contact selected students by phone or email to set up interviews.   The timing of this event allows you to arrange telephone or face-to-face interviews with students who may have spring break availability in April.

Cost for participation is $200 ($100 Government; $75 for non-profits).  Please make your check payable to the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium and mail it to the Consortium address. Click here to pay by credit card.  (If you participated in the Winter Recruiting Days, there is no additional cost to you for this opportunity – it is part of your Recruiting Day package.

Pre-register on this website. The Administrative Coordinator will call you to provide your User ID and password. You may then list your position description (s) online.
